

DESIGN PROCESS
We like to ensure that each project is one of open collaboration. Every garden should be as unique as its owner and tailored perfectly to the needs of the people using the space.



OPTION 1: FULL DESIGN PROCESS - FEES AGREED AFTER SITE VISIT
Full design process with scaled master plan, planting plan and construction drawings as required.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
1) Initial site visit in the garden to discuss your brief
2) Garden design proposal document summarising the project challenges, design process and design fees
3) Garden survey and site analysis
4) Concept master plan. Overall 2D scaled layout of new garden with all garden features
with recommendations on hard landscaping materials and garden features
5) Detailed design plans. These could include:
- Layout plan for landscapers with relevant measurements
- Construction drawings as required
- Lighting plan
- Paving layout plans as required
6) Planting plan. 2D scaled layout of all trees, shrubs and perennials.
7) Planting management. Liaison with planting nurseries on availability and deliveries to site.

OPTION 2: GARDEN DESIGN CONSULTATION - £600
Design advice on hard landscaping materials, garden features and planting relevant to your site and brief
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
1) Phone call briefing
2) 60-90minute site visit with you in your garden to review the site and discuss your requirements
3) Follow up email and PDF presentation including:
- Recommendations on hard landscaping materials and colour palette including links to suppliers
- Suggestions for garden features such as simple water features,
outdoor furniture or outdoor kitchens including links to suppliers
- List of key shrubs or perennial plants best suited to your garden and brief
NOTES:
- Consultation service excludes master plans, planting plans and construction drawings
- Available for gardens within 45 mins from SW14
- Fee paid in full after phone call briefing
- Additional industry professionals may be required for certain garden challenges
such as a structural engineer or tree surgeon
